Flower Execution Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong at Flat A, 15/F, Hiller Commercial Building, 65–67 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, is the controller of the data described here. We collect as little as the programme needs to work, and this page says exactly what that is.

1. 01 If you visit the site Nothing is stored about you personally. If you arrived through a creator's link, the code from that link is kept in your own browser for 30 days so the creator gets credit if you buy. It is not an advertising cookie, it is not shared, and clearing your browser data removes it.
2. 02 If you sign up as a creator We keep your name, email, the handle you chose, whichever social handles you gave us, and where you said you post. We also keep the IP address of the signup for a day, which is the only way to stop one machine creating a thousand accounts.
3. 03 Why we keep it To run the programme and to pay you. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
4. 04 Who else sees it Dub, who run the creator dashboard and the payouts, and who collect tax details and pay you directly. Polar, who process purchases and issue your discount code. Cloudflare, who host this site and the service behind it. Nobody else.
5. 05 If you buy one of our apps The purchase is handled by Polar as merchant of record, or by Apple on the App Store. Your payment details never reach us. We see that a sale happened, its amount, and the country it came from.
6. 06 How long we keep it As long as you are in the programme, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep records of what we paid you. Signup records that never became a creator are deleted automatically.
7. 07 Your say in it Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. One email is enough: [email protected]. If we ever get this wrong you can complain to your national data protection authority.
